Oxford Properties is inviting applications from suitably qualified, energetic, and ambitious graduates to join its Procurement Graduate Trainee Programme. This intensive 24-month structured development programme is designed to equip graduates with practical procurement, supply chain, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills within a dynamic property development and management environment. The successful candidate will undergo comprehensive on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to strategic procurement processes, preparing them for a successful career in Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
The Procurement Graduate Trainee will be responsible for assisting with:
Supporting the procurement team in sourcing goods, services, and contractors in line with company procurement policies and procedures.
Preparing and processing purchase requisitions, requests for quotations (RFQs), and purchase orders.
Conducting supplier market research and vendor evaluations.
Assisting in supplier selection, onboarding, and performance monitoring processes.
Maintaining accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and contract documentation.
Monitoring supplier deliveries and ensuring timely receipt of goods and services.
Supporting contract administration and compliance management activities.
Assisting in cost analysis, spend analysis, and procurement reporting.
Participating in negotiations with suppliers under the guidance of senior procurement personnel.
Supporting inventory management and stock control activities where applicable.
Ensuring adherence to ethical procurement standards and company governance requirements.
Participating in procurement improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and value for money.
Performing any other procurement-related duties assigned during the training programme.
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Supply or equivalent with an Upper Second Class (2.1) or better from a reputable university or college.
5 ‘O’ Levels, including Mathematics and English
You must possess excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Results driven and highly adaptable.
Able to demonstrate strong passion and enthusiasm for excellence, innovation, critical thinking, commercial orientation, and problem-solving.
