Morgvil Incorporated (Pvt) Ltd is an emerging Zimbabwean property services company with a vision to build a dynamic and reputable real estate business focused on property sales, rentals, property management, property development, and real estate investment opportunities.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is not only experienced in estate agency but is also passionate about business development, leadership, sales, networking, and building a successful real estate brand.
THE ROLE
The position will involve a combination of business development, property sales, rentals, property management, client acquisition, team leadership, compliance, and strategic growth.

Qualifications and Experience
*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*
- Must be a Registered Estate Agent in Zimbabwe with valid registration and practising status with the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe (EACZ).
- Candidates who already hold a Principal Registered Estate Agent (PREA) qualification/certificate will also be considered.
- Experienced Registered Estate Agents who do not yet hold the PREA qualification are encouraged to apply, provided they possess the necessary experience, leadership potential, professional competence, and ability to grow into the principal role.

2. Certified copies of academic and professional certificates
3. Copy of valid Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe registration/practising certificate
4. Copy of PREA certificate, if applicable
