Nectacare (Pvt) Ltd is seeking two dynamic, business driven Pharmacists to join our growing healthcare services team. We are looking for professionals who combine sound pharmaceutical expertise with strong business acumen and a passion for growing healthcare access and customer value.

These opportunities are ideal for Pharmacists who are energetic, self-motivated, mature in judgment, and capable of making sound professional decisions while building lasting relationships with clients, healthcare providers, and communities.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations and professional standards.
• Deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care and customer service.
• Drive prescription growth, customer retention, and overall business performance.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the community and corporate sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, medical aid societies, and corporate clients.
• Monitor inventory levels and contribute to efficient stock management and profitability.
• Participate in health promotion initiatives and community engagement programmes.
• Contribute innovative ideas that enhance the growth and sustainability of the pharmacy.

Qualifications and Experience

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in Pharmacy.
• Current and valid Pharmacists Council of Zimbabwe practicing certificate.
• At least 2 years' post-qualification experience.
• Demonstrated ability to grow business, develop client relationships, and identify business opportunities.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High levels of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
• A self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision.
• Resilient, adaptable, and capable of exercising sound judgment.
• Results-oriented with a passion for delivering both clinical excellence and business success.
