Personal Assistant (PA)

Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified, motivated and experienced individuals to fill to the role of the Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director in a leading real-estate organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate the MD’s appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
• Screen and manage emails, phone calls and correspondence
• Organize and prepare agendas for meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items
• Organize corporate events, conferences, and meetings
• Handles sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
• Ensure smooth communication between the MD and various departments
• Assist in liaising with the marketing department, managing the MD’s public image, social media posts and press releases

Qualifications and Experience

✓ HND in Secretarial Studies, or a Diploma in Secretarial Studies, or a Diploma in Office Management. A relevant degree will be an added advantage.
✓ Good practical knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook
✓ 2-3 relevant or similar working experience
