Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Online Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through various online platforms, engaging with customers, and building lasting relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities

1)Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
2) Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
3) Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
4)Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
5) Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and drive traffic to our online store.
6)Track and report on sales metrics and customer feedback.
7) Content Creation: Develop engaging content for our website, blogs, and social media platforms to attract and retain customers.
8) Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, creating and scheduling posts that align with our brand voice.
9)Paid Advertising: Manage online advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads) and analyze their effectiveness to optimize for better results.

Qualifications and Experience

1) Proven experience in online marketing, including content creation, social media, SEO, and email marketing.
2) Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
3) Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
4) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5) Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
6) Proficiency in using online sales platforms and CRM software.
7) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
