Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the above-mentioned post. The incumbent will be reporting to the Human Resource and Administration Assistant.The position exists to provide general services to EasyGo Car hire and Travel through cleaning of premises at all times to guarantee general cleanliness and a positive image for the organisation.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. The incumbent will maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the premises and external areas surrounding the premises.
2. Clean the boardroom, operation room, all offices and dusts all furniture (desks and shelves) to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
3. Clean the toilets and ensure constant availability of accessories such as toilet paper and hand washing soap.
4. Prepare tea and coffee and serve visitors and staff as required, clear and collect used cups and wash the dishes to ensure the kitchen is clean and in good order.
5. Check offices and supply refreshments and ensure that they are sufficiently stocked for use by EasyGo staff and visitors.
6. Undertake regular check-up of toiletries and ensure toilets are sufficiently stocked with the necessary toiletries all the time to maintain a fresh, clean, health hazard free environment.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Ordinary level.
2. 0-2 years’ experience
3. Housekeeping certificate is an added advantage.
