Seddy Minerals is seeking two qualified Mining Engineers to join our team in the Mberengwa and Lalapanzi areas. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving our mining equipment and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. **Exploration and Site Evaluation:**
Assessing potential chrome ore deposits through geological surveys, sampling, and feasibility studies to determine the viability of mining operations.

2. **Mine Design and Planning:**
Developing detailed mine plans that optimize ore extraction while ensuring safety and environmental compliance. This includes designing underground or open-pit mining methods suitable for chrome ore deposits.

3. **Extraction and Operations Management:**
Overseeing the extraction process, including drilling, blasting, loading, and hauling.

Qualifications and Experience

Mining engineers in chrome mining typically hold degrees in mining engineering or related fields, with strong knowledge of geology, mineral processing, safety standards, and environmental management. They must possess problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and a good understanding of mining equipment and technology.
