VACANCY: MINING ENGINEER
A company in contract mining is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced
candidates to fill the position of Mining Engineer based at our Mine Sites.
Duties and Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Planning and overseeing open cast mining operations
• Ensuring safe blasting operations and compliance with mining regulations
• Production monitoring and reporting
• Ensuring compliance with SHEQ standards
Qualifications and Experience
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering.
• Must hold a valid Mining Blasting License
• At least 5 years drilling, blasting, loading and hauling experience in open-cast mining
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Good communication and leadership skills.
