VACANCY: MINE MANAGER
Shumba Gold Ventures (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Mine Manager for a start-up gold mining project in Guruve, Zimbabwe.

Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering or related field.
- Valid Blasting Licence.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in gold mining operations.
- Strong leadership and mine management skills.
- Good knowledge of mining safety, production, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work in a hands-on start-up environment and drive results.
Added Advantage
- Experience working in the Guruve area.
- Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency.
- Experience in small-scale or developing gold mining projects.
