Marketing Graduate Trainee

Job Description

The Marketing Graduate Trainee will support the marketing function in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. This role is designed to develop a well-rounded marketing professional by providing hands-on exposure to brand management, digital marketing, market research, events, and customer engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events)
-Support brand awareness and lead generation initiatives
-Help coordinate promotional activities, exhibitions, and corporate events
-Assist in managing social media platforms (content creation, posting, engagement, and analytics)
-Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys
-Track campaign effectiveness and customer engagement metrics
-Assist in drafting marketing content such as brochures, social media posts, newsletters, and presentations
-Maintain marketing databases and contact lists
-Support the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks
-Assist Customer Service department in handling walk-in enquiries.

Qualifications and Experience

Recently completed Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
