Drone Solutions is Zimbabwe’s leading drone services company and part of a rapidly expanding African drone services network. We provide drone delivery, equipment sales, repairs and maintenance, enterprise services, training and consultancy across key sectors.
THE ROLE
We are seeking a strategic, creative and results-driven Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team in Harare. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will lead the company’s marketing and communications function.
Duties and Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and execute the company’s marketing and communications strategy.
* Lead brand management, media relations and public relations.
* Manage corporate, internal and stakeholder communications.
* Oversee digital campaigns and ensure consistent brand execution across channels.
* Promote company projects, partnerships and operational milestones.
* Coordinate events, exhibitions, launches and public engagements.
* Protect and strengthen the company’s reputation, including crisis communications.
* Track campaign performance and report on results to management.
Qualifications and Experience
CANDIDATE PROFILE
* A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
* Proven experience in marketing, media, public relations or corporate communications.
* Excellent writing, editing, presentation and stakeholder-engagement skills.
* Strong organisational ability, sound judgement and attention to detail.
* Experience in aviation, technology, healthcare or logistics will be an advantage.
