POSITION OVERVIEW

QUALIFICATIONS
* A recognized teaching qualification – Certificate/Diploma in Teaching.
* Degree in Education.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
* Excellent classroom management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to prepare engaging lesson plans and deliver learner-centred instruction.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Sound knowledge of the primary school curriculum.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Be computer literate and able to integrate technology into teaching and learning.
* A caring, patient, and professional approach to working with children.
* Previous teaching experience in a primary school of at least two years is an added advantage.
