Webzim is looking for an IT Assistant. This is an entry level job. Location: Harare.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Suggest hosting solutions adapted to the customer’s needs

· Set up web hosting accounts for customers

· Manage, register, and transfer domain names and manage DNS entries

· Troubleshoot email and web hosting issues

· Provide technical assistance to customers

Qualifications and Experience

· A diploma or degree in an IT related programme

· Web designing knowledge an added advantage
