Capacity Strengthening Support for Community Based Organisations (CBOs) and Emerging Organisations in Zimbabwe
Trocaire Zimbabwe recognizes the vital role CBOs play in addressing critical development challenges and serving communities, making use of minimum resources. To enhance their effectiveness and sustainability, Trócaire is offering a comprehensive capacity building programme focused on key areas of governance, programming, financial management and monitoring and evaluation.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
We are seeking expressions of interest from organisations that meet the following criteria:
▪ Registered CBOs or emerging organisations operating legally in Zimbabwe.
▪ Demonstrate a clear commitment to their mission and serving their communities.
▪ Have a limited budget and/or capacity to access fee-based capacity building services.
▪ Are willing to commit time and resources to actively participate in capacity strengthening activities.
▪ Are operating in various parts of Zimbabwe, particularly the marginalized areas.

Expressions of Interest will be reviewed based on the eligibility criteria, demonstrated need, and potential for impact. Selected organisations will be contacted for further assessment and potential inclusion in the capacity strengthening program.
