Vacancy : Investment Administrator

Location : Harare

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties

• Process investment transactions and liaise with Banks, Investment Managers and Custodians to ensure timely settlement of trades.
• Monitor investment liquidity positions and make appropriate recommendations.
• Prepare periodic investment reports for Management.
• Conducts investments research, analysis and securities valuation.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
• Update investment registers and records using the accounting or investment system.
• Track and manage maturing investments, interests and dividends.
• Reconcile portfolio holdings and maintain an effective investment management diary system.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and Experience
• Degree in Finance/Quantitative Analysis/Economics/Investment or Equivalent Relevant Degree.
• Professional Qualification in Investments Administration/Management will be an added advantage
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience.
• Strong research and quantitative background with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethics, detail orientation and passion for excellence.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Solid work experience as an Investment Administrator.
