Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following vacancies that have arisen within the Office of the Master of the High Court of Zimbabwe.
1. INFORMATION SYSTEMS AUDITOR
Duty Station: Harare
Reports To: Head Internal Auditor
Number of Posts: 1

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Planning and conducting Information Systems risk-based audits, testing and evaluating compliance with the Office of the Master of the High Court's ICT policies and procedures.
Examination and evaluation of general ICT controls in all the Office of the Master of the High Court's Information Technology systems.
Evaluating the extent to which Information Technology systems, either in place or under development, adequately satisfy operational requirements and identifying essential improvements.
Using audit software to check and evaluate the integrity of data held in different applications.
Evaluating the strength of the Office of the Master of the High Court's Information Technology systems against cyber threats and crimes.
Training audit staff in matters relating to the auditing of Information Technology systems.
Carrying out any other duties relevant to the position, as assigned by the Head of Internal Audit.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
A Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems or a Bachelor of Business Studies with Computer Science.
A professional certification in any of the following: CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CIA or equivalent is a prerequisite.
The applicant should be qualified to audit IT systems through the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certification in Risk and Information Systems Control or Certification in Governance and Enterprise IT.
At least two (2) years' relevant experience in Information Systems Auditing.
Proficiency in data analytic tools such as Audit Command Language (ACL), Integrated Data Extraction and Analysis (IDEA), Power BI or SQL.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and cybersecurity principles.
Well-developed analytical, investigative, report-writing and communication skills.
