Mega Market (Pvt) Ltd is looking for energetic and analytical young graduates to join its ICT team.

Job Purpose
To develop competent ICT professionals through structured training, mentorship and practical exposure to enterprise systems, business process automation, cybersecurity, infrastructure and IT operations. Successful candidates will support the delivery, security, reliability and continuous improvement of the organisation’s ICT services while developing technical and professional competencies in their assigned stream.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned stream, the successful candidates will be responsible for:
• Providing supervised technical and operational support for ICT systems, infrastructure, users and business applications.
• Supporting the administration and monitoring of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint, Power Platform and other approved enterprise platforms.
• Assisting with the analysis, development, testing, deployment and support of business systems, workflows, integrations and automation solutions.
• Supporting SAP Business One users, recording incidents and escalating system issues with complete diagnostic information.
• Assisting with network, server, storage, backup, virtualisation, endpoint and cloud operations.
• Providing first-line support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, connectivity and approved software.
• Monitoring assigned security alerts, endpoint protection systems, logs and security dashboards, and escalating suspected incidents.
• Supporting vulnerability management, patch follow-up, access reviews, device compliance and cybersecurity awareness activities.
• Assisting with user acceptance testing, system rollouts, infrastructure deployments, preventive maintenance and ICT projects.
• Writing and maintaining basic scripts, queries, workflows and technical solutions under supervision.
• Maintaining accurate system, asset, configuration, incident, security and operational documentation.
• Complying with approved change management, information security, data protection and ICT operating procedures.
• Completing assigned technical learning, practical assessments and graduate development activities within agreed timelines.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related ICT discipline.
• A minimum degree classification of Upper Second Class (2.1) or equivalent.
• Relevant industrial attachment, internship, academic project or practical ICT exposure will be an advantage.
Technical Knowledge and Skills
• Basic understanding of software development, databases, systems analysis, business processes, computer hardware, operating systems or networking.
• Knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, JavaScript, C#, PowerShell or a similar language will be an advantage.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint, Power Platform, SQL, APIs, SAP Business One, VMware, Linux, Cisco technologies, endpoint security or SIEM tools will be an advantage.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles, access control, vulnerability management, backups, patching and safe data handling will be an advantage.
