Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including posting vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
• Support employees on-boarding and induction activities for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
• Support payroll administration by collecting and verifying employee information as required.
• Assist in coordinating training and development programs.
• Help monitor employee attendance, leave records, and other HR-related documentation.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of confidential employee records.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
• Respond to routine employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel where necessary.
• Perform general administrative duties and provide support to the Human Resources department as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
• Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Requirement for industrial attachment/internship as part of the academic program.
• Basic understanding of Human Resources principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and administrative skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
