Applications are invited to fill-in the above position which has arisen within the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities
Develop, implement and evaluate training programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
Implement and support the performance management system and succession planning.
Oversee recruitment and selection processes including job postings, interviews and onboarding
Assist in Human Resources policy and strategy formulation.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
Human Resources Administration i.e. preparation of payroll input, fleet management, employee record management.
Prepare Human Resources reports i.e. monthly management reports.
Advise on Safety, Health and Environment.
Supervision of administration staff.
Qualifications and skills
A degree in Human Resources and/ or relevant Social Sciences.
Working knowledge and experience in Training and Development function is a must.
A diploma in IPMZ or a relevant professional board.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of labour laws and Human resources best practices.
