VACANCY – HR GRADUATE TRAINEE
Raregold Investments is inviting applications from a motivated and ambitious graduate for the position of HR Graduate Trainee.
Duties and Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with recruitment and selection processes.
• Assist in preparing employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR files.
• Assist with employee onboarding and induction.
• Assist with attendance, leave, and employee records administration.
• Support payroll and HR administration using Belina.
• Assist with the interpretation and application of NEC guidelines and collective bargaining agreements.
• Support employee welfare and engagement activities.
• Assist with disciplinary and grievance procedures under supervision.
• Support compliance with company HR policies and labour regulations.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• Recent graduate or candidate with 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of NEC guidelines, collective bargaining agreements, and labour practices in Zimbabwe.
• Proficiency in Belina Payroll/HR system is a strong requirement.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
• Knowledge of Zimbabwean labour laws and HR practices.
• Professional, organised, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure.
