REQUIREMENTS
* Currently studying towards a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
* Must be eligible for industrial attachment as required by their institution.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Good computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
* Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be disciplined, professional and able to work effectively with others.
