We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Nurse Aide/Healthcare Assistants to join our primary health team for training. The Healthcare Assistants will receive training and provide essential support to nursing staff and assist in delivering high-quality patient care in a community setting. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient and staff.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for examinations and procedures.
• Assists nurses during clinical procedures and examinations.
• Ensures examination rooms and clean, stocked, and ready for use.
• Assist with basic wound care and dressing changes under supervision.
• Collects and label specimens for laboratory testing.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups.
• Assist with patient intake, including registration and data collection.
• Follows infection prevention and control protocols.
• Reports hazards, incidents, or equipment issues promptly.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualification and Experience
• Minimum of a Certificate in Nursing Assistance (or equivalent from recognized institutions)
• BLS/ CPR certification
• Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or primary care setting.
• Familiarity with basic medica equipment and terminology.
