The Zimbabwe Stock Exchange Holdings (ZSE Holdings) is an investment holding company. Its subsidiaries include the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE), the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (VFEX), which are licensed securities exchanges in Zimbabwe, and Zimbabwe Entrepreneurship Exchange (ZEEX). The company is evolving and extending its service offering, through the addition of new products and services that include;
* Mobile trading platforms (ZSE Direct and VFEX Direct)
* Market Data Services (Data Direct)
* Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs)
* Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs)
* Depository Receipts (DRs)
HEAD OF ZSE & ZEEX MARKETS
ZSE Holdings is recruiting a Head of ZSE & ZEEX Markets to lead the commercial growth of its domestic and SME/private-market platforms. The mandate is clear: build issuer pipelines, convert opportunities into listings/admissions and transactions, activate intermediaries, deepen liquidity and turn ZEEX into a busy, credible market. We are looking for a commercial builder rather than an administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate must combine strong business-development ability with sound capital-markets judgment and an understanding of the boundary between growing a market and promoting individual investments.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
A relevant degree and at least five years’ experience are required. Candidates from capital markets, investment, banking, corporate finance and high-quality B2B sales environments are encouraged to apply. Selection will include a commercial case study.
