REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
✔ HND in Professional Cookery
✔ Diploma in Patisserie and Professional Cookery
✔ Degree in Gastronomy
✔ Diploma in Food and Nutrition from a recognized Technical College

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
✔ Proven experience in a senior or head chef position
✔ Strong expertise in both Patisserie and Professional Cookery
✔ Ability to work under pressure in high-volume event environments
✔ Willingness to learn new dishes and diverse cuisines
✔ Mature, responsible, and leadership-oriented
✔ Valid Driver’s Licence
✔ Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
