We're Hiring: Group HR Manager
Zimbabwe (Head Office, multi-entity)

About the Role
We're looking for a Group HR Manager to lead the people function across our group of companies: recruitment, performance, culture, and training for a genuinely diverse, multi industry Group.

Duties and Responsibilities

What You'll Do
• Lead recruitment and onboarding across all three business units
• Own performance review and attendance processes Group wide
• Champion a consistent culture and set of values across engineering, manufacturing, and retail environments
• Coordinate training and development programmes for all business units
• Support payroll administration in coordination with Finance
• Maintain HR compliance and employee records across the Group

Qualifications and Experience

What We're Looking For
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years' HR generalist experience, including exposure to multi site or multi entity environments
• Solid experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR compliance
• IPMZ membership or equivalent professional affiliation preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; comfortable working across genuinely different operating environments
