Job Description

We’re looking for a meticulous, fast-paced Graphic Design & Social Media Content Officer who can:

Design and compile professional reports for our diverse roster of clients—ensuring each deliverable meets client branding.
Create and schedule social-media campaigns that grow our visibility and amplify our own brand presence across digital channels.

Duties and Responsibilities

Client Report & Document Production
-Develop polished report and proposal layouts in Word and PowerPoint for a variety of clients
-Integrate client brand guides accurately
-Ensure consistency in styling, pagination, table/figure formatting, and overall quality control
Social Media Content & Brand Promotion
-Manage a unified content calendar for our own handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
-Design posts, stories, banners, and video thumbnails that align with our vision
-Monitor engagement metrics and refine visuals to maximize reach
Brand-Guide Mastery & Adaptation
-Quickly absorb and apply multiple, distinct brand guidelines without error.
-Maintain library of templates (reports, social posts, infographics) for rapid deployment under tight deadlines
Efficient Turnaround & Workflow Management
-Deliver high-quality assets within 24–48 hours, juggling simultaneous client requests and in-house projects.
-Keep files organized (version control, cloud storage) and communicate status updates proactively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Liaise with account managers, copywriters, and project leads to ensure visuals align with strategic objectives.
-Incorporate feedback swiftly and document lessons learned to streamline future workflows.

Qualifications and Experience

0-4 years in graphic design and social-media content creation, ideally in a multi-client environment.
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma/Canva
Expert Microsoft Word & PowerPoint skills (styles, section breaks, complex tables)
Familiarity with social-media scheduling tools
Exceptional attention to detail across multiple brand palettes
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-moving setting
Clear, proactive communication
