Applications are invited from suitably qualified graduates aged twenty-six (26) years and below to participate in a 24-month Graduate Traineeship Programme.
Candidates must hold a degree from a recognised tertiary institution in one of the following disciplines:
* Mining
* Metallurgy
* Geology
* Survey
* Rock Mechanics
* Ventilation
* SHE
* Mechanical Engineering
* Electrical Engineering
* Human Resources
* Finance and Administration
* Information Technology

Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:
* A relevant Degree from a recognised tertiary institution.
* Self-motivated, with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and technologically adept.
* For Mining Graduate Trainee positions, possession of a valid Mine Blasting Licence is mandatory.
