Infrastructure and Development Bank of Zimbabwe (IDBZ)
The Infrastructure and Development Bank of Zimbabwe (“IDBZ/the Bank”) is a national Development Finance Institution (DFI) mandated to support the development and financing of infrastructure and other development projects in Zimbabwe. The IDBZ also provides tailored financing solutions to the productive sectors of the economy.
Exciting opportunities have arisen for an intensive and structured graduate training programme. To assist students and graduates get workplace exposure, the Bank seeks to recruit the following personnel:

Qualifications and Experience
Graduate Trainees
1. Economics and Research (x2)
* A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Studies, Mathematics/Statistics, Project Management or Development Studies.
2. Corporate Services and Human Resources (x2)
* A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration, Sociology, Law, Psychology or Human Resources Management.
3. Finance (x1)
* A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
Interested Applicants Should Possess the Following
* First Class or Upper Second Class pass in the area of study or qualification.
* Studying towards a postgraduate qualification will be a distinct advantage.
* Aged between 21 and 26 years.
* Ability to learn and work under minimum supervision.
* Valid clean Class 4 driver’s licence will be an added advantage.
