About the Role
Are you a creative visionary who loves digital design but wants to learn the technical engine behind it? We are looking for a passionate Graduate Trainee to join our team. We know that great user experiences start with exceptional visual communication. While you bring the design flair, layout expertise, and multimedia skills, we will train you in front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bring your designs to life.

Design: Create beautiful wireframes, user interfaces (UI), and interactive prototypes.Code (We will train you): Translate your visual designs into clean, responsive web code.
Collaborate: Work alongside our team to bridge the gap between creative layouts and functional websites.
Grow: Complete structured learning modules in modern UI/UX workflows and front-end development.
What We Are Looking For
A recent graduate with a BSc (Hons) in Visual Communication and Multimedia Design (or a similar creative digital degree).
A strong portfolio demonstrating a clean eye for typography, colour theory, layout, and digital media.
A highly logical mindset with a deep curiosity about how websites and applications function.
An eager, self-driven learner who is excited to pick up coding and web development technologies.
Basic exposure to web environments or standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Visual Communication and Multimedia Design, or related field.
Graduated within the last 3 years.
Minimum degree class: 2.1
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development principles.
