Duties and Responsibilities
• Installing and configuring software systems.
• Developing software solution modules and components from specifications.
• Design business processes and workflows.
• Documenting and unit testing software implementations.
• Troubleshooting and fixing issues related to software implementations.
• Resolving client systems queries and complaints.
• Monitoring software setup for clients and ensure smooth operations.
• Web design and maintenance.
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape.
Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, PHP, and Web based technologies, Python and .Net.
• Mastery in software engineering tools.
• Hands on knowledge in designing interactive applications.
• Strong presentation skills
• Fast learner with the passion to grasp concepts.
• Willingness to work outside normal working hours.
• Results driven and motivated self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
