Are you a recent graduate ready to build a real career in Financial Services?
We are recruiting ambitious Graduate Trainees from _Universities, Professional Bodies and Polytechnics_ for a _2-Year On-The-Job Training Programme_ across our business.
This is not classroom theory. You will work, learn, earn, rotate, and be mentored by senior managers - and grow into a confirmed role.

Qualifications and Experience
_WHO CAN APPLY:_
- A Degree / Diploma / HND from a recognized University, Professional Body e.g. REIZ, EAC, or Polytechnic in a relevant field: Real Estate, Microfinance, Development Studies, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Business Management, Accounting, Law, Marketing, IT / Data / Cyber Security, Banking, Risk, Human Resources, Customer Service, Operations, Records Management, Information Science, Archival Studies, or related field
- _At least 1 year on-the-job experience_ - attachment, internship, or work experience is an advantage
- Good communication skills, honest, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Willing to work anywhere in Zimbabwe and travel for field work where required.
