We are looking for a highly energetic, creative, and disciplined Graduate Trainee in Marketing who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced business environment. The successful candidate will assist with executing marketing campaigns, creating digital content, implementing brand visibility initiatives, and developing lead generation strategies.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure and is willing to do whatever it takes to grow.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.

Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).

Create engaging content (posts, captions, flyers, short videos).

Assist in organizing events, seminars, and promotional activities.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Generate and track leads from marketing activities.

Assist in managing WhatsApp Business and digital inquiries.

Monitor engagement metrics and prepare basic marketing reports.

Support branding initiatives and ensure consistency across platforms.

Perform any other marketing-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

Degree / Diploma / A level ( Any qualification will do )

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Basic understanding of digital marketing.

Familiarity with social media platforms.

Creative mindset and willingness to learn.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Self-motivated and disciplined.
