Qualifications and Experience
• A Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent with a credit or better from a recognized institution.
• Must be at least 30 years old or below.
• Must be self-motivated, well-groomed and eager to learn.
• Must be a team player and able to fit in a dynamic environment.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Knowledge of local government systems would be an added advantage
