The Victoria Falls International Financial Centre (VFIFC) is a strategically positioned financial platform whose mandate is to mobilise global capital, draw international financial institutions, and facilitate investment into Zimbabwe and the broader region. Position: Graduate Trainee-Client Services and Business Development
The Centre invites applications from suitably qualified and energetic recent graduates to fill the entry-level position in the Client Services and Business Development department. The incumbent will support participant engagement, customer relationship management, business development initiatives, and stakeholder support activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the Centre's customer database, tracking and following up enquiries, supporting participant onboarding, coordinating stakeholder engagements, and promoting the Centre's products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer and stakeholder databases.
• Track and follow up all enquiries received by the Centre.
• Provide first-line customer support.
• Support participant onboarding and stakeholder engagement.

• Prepare and deliver presentations on Centre products and services.
• Assist with business development and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare stakeholder reports and pipeline updates.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, Finance, International Business, Public Relations or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or equivalent)
• Working towards the attainment of a professional qualification will be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
