A leading Auctioneering Company is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven General Manager to oversee day to day operations of our business.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
1. Developing annual and quarterly business plans and budgets.
2. Revising and Implementing policies and controls.
3. Managing stocks, merchandise and pricing
4. Achieving sales targets, managing online sales and maintain excellent customer service.
5.Planning and overseeing marketing and promotional activities
6.Supervising administration and people management

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is highly desirable).
• Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of management experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Skills:
▪ Exceptional negotiation, public speaking, and relationship-building skills.
▪ Strong tech-literacy, with experience in online platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing trends.
▪ Robust problem-solving ability under high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
