We are looking for a Floor Salesperson to join our dynamic team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance to customers on building materials, plumbing, paint
products, electrical, including usage, compatibility, and installation techniques
Demonstrate product functionality and advise on best-fit solutions based on
customer needs
Explain technical specifications, advantages, and limitations of products clearly and
confidently
Assist customers in locating, selecting, and transporting products to the till
Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and accurately labelled with updated pricing
Conduct daily spot checks and check stock definitions
Support floor operations through active observation and prompt customer
engagement
Uphold a service-oriented attitude that reflects the value we place on every
customer
Perform any other related duties as reasonably required
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 6 months of progressive experience
O ‘level /A ‘level qualifications
Certificate/ Diploma or equivalent in Sales /Marketing
