Duties and Responsibilities

1. Branch Accounts Administrator – this job is responsible for maintaining accurate branch financial records, preparation & timely submission of branch financial reports to Head Office, assisting in budget monitoring & cost control at branch level, processing supplier invoices, reconcile accounts & ensuring payments comply with financial controls, audit standards & company procedures and providing financial insights to assist branch management in decision making.
2. Accounts Clerk – the key responsibilities of this position include processing daily cash and banking reconciliations, capturing invoices and ensuring timely supplier reconciliations, monitoring accounts payable and receivable transactions, assisting in preparing monthly financial reports, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and supporting internal and external audit processes

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a retail environment.
• Proficiency in accounting packages and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of stock management and point-of-sale (POS) systems will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
