Finance Administration Officer for a Large Residential Complex

Job Description

Main Job Function
To manage finance and administrative tasks for a large residential complex, including financial accounting and reporting, human resources, biometric security system data, property maintenance requests, and communication with owners and residents.
Reporting To:
• The Executive Committee of the Residential Complex

Duties and Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities
● Financial Management, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
● Human Resources Management - ensuring staff performance and supervision.
● Biometric Security System Data Management (in line with the Data Protection Act).
● Record Keeping of all property-related and other activities, and assets.
● Property Maintenance Requests Management.
● Communication with owners and residents.

Qualifications and Experience

Requirements
● Bachelor of Accountancy Degree or other equivalent Financial Qualification.
● 5 O Level passes, including Maths and English, and 3 A Level passes.
● More than two years of working experience after graduation.
● Experience in using an accounting package.
● Exposure to Real Estate will be an added advantage.
● Data Protection Officer Certificate (POTRAZ) will be an added advantage.
