Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a positive and energetic attitude to join our highly motivated Sales Team! The ideal candidate will be proactive, with a passion for customer service and hygiene products. Reporting directly to our Chief executive Officer – FMCG you will be responsible for the sales and promotion of our product range, increasing distributions and ranging, as well as improving product knowledge amongst our supermarket and wholesalers customers.

This role is a permanent full-time position based in our Bulawayo offices and on the road visiting current and prospective customers.

Claire-Soft Hygiene is a fast-growing Zimbabwean manufacturer and retailer. Investing in Zimbabwe since 2019, our focus is to continue building on our strong, ongoing partnerships with leading local and national supermarkets and suppliers to bring our products to the tables of all consumers.

Duties and Responsibilities

Build & promote the Claire-Soft Hygiene across designated areas achieving agreed sales growth and targets.

Provide exceptional customer service responding to all customer enquiries in a timely manner.

Inputting & negotiating customer orders.

Represent our Company Brand in a positive and proactive manner.

Provide relevant ongoing product training to new and existing customers.

Effectively communicate and build relationships with stores and leadership team.

Develop approaches which are innovative and creative to meet the needs of current and potential customers.

Qualifications and Experience

Strong sales drive.

Experience in a sales representative role. FMCG highly desirable

Ability to provide exceptional customer service.

High level of motivation and an ability to work autonomously.

Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.

Excellent negotiation skills.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize.

High level of literacy and comprehension skills.
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in FMCG
Sales qualification (Degree or Diploma)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver's license (essential)
