Farm Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a knowledgeable Farm Manager with a minimum of 3 Years experience in all aspects of farm management. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in animal science, livestock management and pasture management.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all daily farm operations
Supervise and coordinate permanent and seasonal staff
Set and achieve production targets and deadlines
Handle procurement of farm equipment and supplies
Assist in developing and executing strategic farm plans
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Animal Science, Agribusiness or Agriculture
Valid driver's license
Strong administration and record keeping skills
Computer Literate
Excellent leadership and team management skills
