VACANCY: FAMILY DRIVER & HOUSEHOLD ASSISTANT
We are seeking a mature, trustworthy, responsible and well-organised individual to join a private household as a Family Driver & Household Assistant.
The primary responsibility will be the safe and reliable transportation of teenage schoolgirls, alongside assisting with the day-to-day running of the household.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport children to and from school and other scheduled activities.
- Run household errands.
- Purchase groceries and household supplies.
- Prepare and cook family meals as required.
- Maintain accurate records of household expenditure, receipts and petty cash.
- Assist with household budgeting and balancing expenses.
- Support the general organisation and smooth running of the household.
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements:
- Valid Zimbabwean driver's licence and clean driving record.
- Proven driving experience and excellent road safety awareness.
- Mature, responsible, reliable and trustworthy.
- Comfortable working with teenage girls, with a strong commitment to their safety and wellbeing.
- Good cooking and household management skills.
- Good numerical skills and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
- Honest, discreet, punctual and able to work independently.
- Traceable references from previous employers.
