Position: Factory Clerk

We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team. Reporting to the Factory Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following key duties:

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date office records.
• Reconciling seed movements, seeds sales receipting; tracking and dispatching seeds and keeping records on a monthly and ad-hoc basis.
• Preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Ensuring all office administration duties are attended to all the time; filing, report writing, and typing and printing of documents.
• Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and ad-hoc reports as required.
• Performing any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
• A Certificate in Accounting/Administration/Office Management or equivalent.
• 5 O’levels are required.
