EXECUTIVE ASSISTANTS
Department: Deceased Estates/Corporate Recovery, Liquidation and Estates of Other Incapacitated Persons
Duty Stations: 1 x Harare, 1 x Chitungwiza
Reports To: Principal Assistant Master
Number of Posts: 2
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Typing of minutes, letters and other correspondences.
Preparation of meetings and taking down of minutes.
Ability to handle confidentiality and security of information.
Attending to any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
A Diploma/Certificate in Secretarial Studies HEXCO/Diploma in Office Administration (IAC) or equivalent.
Good command of both written and spoken English.
Ability to communicate effectively and handle confidential information.
Competency in software packages such as Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Good office management skills.
Relevant work experience will be an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Manning the switchboard.
