A dynamic organisation is seeking a Digitalization Manager to lead its digital transformation agenda. The role oversees Digital Strategy, Business Systems, Data Management, ICT Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity while driving process automation and improved operational efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a digital transformation roadmap.
• Manage ICT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
• Strengthen data management, analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Implement cybersecurity controls and disaster recovery frameworks.
• Lead digital projects, manage vendors, and monitor delivery performance.
• Provide ICT support, build staff capability, and promote digital adoption.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree an advantage.
• Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, CISSP, Microsoft, AWS, Azure) desirable.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in ICT or digital transformation, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with business systems implementation and automation; exposure to project based environments is an advantage.
