This position is intended for applicants with no previous training or work experience in Dental Surgery Assisting.
Applicants must not be employed, self-employed, or enrolled in any other full-time or part-time employment, studies, or training programme at the time of appointment, as this is a full-time, intensive training position requiring complete commitment, discipline, and focus.
Applicants who responded to the previous advertisement need not re-apply.
Successful applicants will undergo a structured twelve (12) month in-house clinical training programme, irrespective of any previous experience or qualifications they may possess.
Bonding Requirement
Successful applicants will be required to sign a four (4) year Bonding Agreement before commencing training. The bond is intended to protect the Employer's investment in professional training, supervision, mentorship, and practical clinical experience.
Applicants must provide a suitable Guarantor, who will sign the Bonding Agreement as surety and submit a clear photocopy of their National Identity Card.

Qualifications and Experience
• Female environment
• Minimum age: 30 years
• Minimum of 5 O-Level passes, including Mathematics and English
• Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Word, email, scanning, printing, and basic file management)
• Proven internet proficiency (WhatsApp, email, online forms, cloud storage, and web-based applications)
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Well-presented, well-groomed, calm, courteous, and professional at all times
• Ability to work confidently with high-value patients in a discreet, private, and premium clinical environment
• Preference will be given to applicants who are not university graduates.
