Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Debt Factoring Sales Lead to grow our invoice financing and debt factoring portfolio. The successful candidate will identify businesses requiring working capital solutions and convert them into long-term clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire businesses requiring debt factoring services.
Promote the company's invoice financing solutions.
Build relationships with SMEs, corporates, and key decision-makers.
Assess client financing needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare proposals and negotiate agreements.
Achieve monthly portfolio growth and sales targets.
Work closely with the credit and operations teams during client onboarding.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and client records.

Qualifications and Experience

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial services, lending, commercial banking, trade finance, or business development.
Strong understanding of working capital and receivables financing.
Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
Highly motivated and target-oriented.
