Excels in Communication & Presentation: You must have strong written and verbal communication skills, with above-average presentation abilities.

Has Time Management & Organizational Skills: You are punctual, orderly, and able to meet deadlines.

Has a Follow-Up Mindset: You pay attention to detail, ensuring client interactions and opportunities are never missed.

Is Comfortable in Multi-Channel Support: You can confidently assist customers via chat, email, and voice support.

Has or Can Develop Sales Skills: You can follow up on leads, close sales, and meet clients when needed.

Typing Speed: Able to type at least 25 words per minute.

Is Teachable & Ready to Learn: You’re open-minded with a growth mindset—we will train and mentor you.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via chat, email, and voice with professionalism.

Generate and follow up on sales leads.

Meet with potential clients and deliver compelling presentations.

Build and maintain client relationships.

Manage time effectively to meet both customer satisfaction and sales targets.

Accurately document interactions and report progress.

Qualifications and Experience

Requirements

Minimum of 5 O Level passes including English (a must-have).

Diploma or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.

Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
