JOB ADVERT: COUNTERSALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are a well-established company is seeking a results-driven Counter-sales Representative to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional sales assistance
Prepare quotations, process sales invoices, and handle cash/card transactions
Achieve set sales targets and performance objectives
Maintain good housekeeping and proper product displays
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally
Assist with stock control, stock counts, and receiving deliveries
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements
​Relevant sales and marketing or business related tertiary level ​qualifications such as National Diploma In Business Studies, IMM, ​Business Management Degree are essential.
At least 1–2 years’ experience in counter-sales.
Sound knowledge of motor spares . Strong customer service and communication skills
Aged between 23 and 30 years
Basic computer literacy
Honest, reliable, and target-driven
