Job Description

We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Counter Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service, manage sales, and promote our motor spares and motor spare parts to customers. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of motor vehicles, particularly suspension systems, and be able to identify substitutable spares.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Manage sales transactions and promote motor spares and motor spare parts to customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications and Experience

- O'level qualification or equivalent (e.g., GCSEs, ZIMSEC Ordinary Level)
- At least 5 years of experience working in a motor spares or motor spare parts shop or similar environment
- Vast knowledge of motor vehicles, with a focus on suspension systems for small motor vehicles
- Familiarity with substitutable spares and ability to recommend alternatives
- Computer literate with proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good energy and positive attitude
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Upselling skills and ability to meet sales targets
- Honest and trustworthy
