* Cooking and serving lunch for staff members only
* Menu planning
* Maintaining kitchen hygiene
* Managing supplies
* Equipment care
* General duties
* Stock control and inventory
* Kitchen management
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications/Training/Competencies
* Diploma in Catering
* 5 ‘O’ Levels
Skills
* Good cooking and food preparation skills.
* Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
* Ability to plan and prepare balanced meals.
* Good time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage kitchen stock and supplies.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Attention to detail and cleanliness.
